WP1: Project Management & Coordination
Project coordination and monitoring, management of scientific excellence in the development and the delivery of the programmes, quality assurance and the risk monitoring across all the work packages, monitoring of the project’s compliance with EU policies on gender equality and inclusiveness aspects and supervision of ethics, data protection and privacy preservation, across the project activities.

WP2: Curriculum Design and Accreditation Standards
Analysis of skills’ gap for the EU transition to digital circular economy, design of flexible and innovative curricula for joint, inter-disciplinary and cross-sectoral educational and certification programmes, development of self-standing learning modules to address digital deep tech circular economy aspects that bear diversity in their delivery model and address life-long and part-time learning objectives, and gender equality and inclusiveness criteria.

WP3: The 3D-CIRCULAR Education And Training Hub
Identification, specifications and setup of the digital campus hub facilities, deployment of means and tools for blended learning approaches in the delivery of the programmes, integration of interoperable digital learning facilities for lecturing courses and supporting practice-oriented research and industrial labs’ experience.

WP4: Cohort 1 Full Programme Delivery
Delivery of the first cohort of educational and certification programmes, access to research and industrial labs for practice-oriented learning, continuous maintenance of blended learning campus facilities, and students’ degree and/or certification awarding.

Specifications for the Board governance and membership processes, as well as the students’ selection and enrolment, subject to gender balanced, and inclusiveness criteria and in accordance with protection and privacy directives, resource mobilisation for high quality experts from the public and private sectors to implement the teaching and mentoring services, successful stewardship of the operation and the awarding of the educational and certification programmes, and the management of skills and competency passports.
