Successful 3D-CIRCULAR Plenary Meeting held on 19-20 february 2026 in athens
The 3D-CIRCULAR consortium gathered in Athens for its second in-person meeting, marking an important milestone in the project’s implementation.
On 19–20 February 2026, partners of the 3D-CIRCULAR project met at the OTE premises in Athens for the second in-person plennary meeting. The two-day meeting brought together all partners to review progress, align on objectives, and coordinate the next phases of the project.
Reviewing progress and advancing key activities.
During the meeting, partners assessed project progress, achievements, and potential risks to ensure alignment with the project’s objectives, milestones, and KPIs. Significant advancements were made in curriculum design and skills intelligence, while work continued on the development of courses and micro-credentials. A dedicated working session focused on course material development, including implementation planning and the establishment of shared processes among partners.
Strengthening the educational framework.
Key discussions also addressed the blended learning approach and the development of the Virtual Campus, including its technical set-up, operation, and partner contributions. In addition, partners presented the Train-the-Trainers framework and the Microcredentials Certification Framework, both of which play a crucial role in shaping the project’s educational ecosystem.
Communication, impact and next steps.
Communication and dissemination activities were reviewed, along with impact KPIs and upcoming European events. The consortium also explored synergies with other EU-funded initiatives, aiming to maximise the project’s outreach and long-term impact.

The meeting concluded with clear action points and coordinated next steps, reinforcing collaboration among partners and strengthening the foundation of the 3D-CIRCULAR educational ecosystem.
