3D-CIRCULAR at Digital Talent EU Days 2026

On 15–16 October 2026, Professor Christos Kalloniatis from the University of the Aegean (UAEGEAN), coordinator of the 3D-CIRCULAR project, and Theodora Kallipolitou from ZELUS participated in Digital Talent EU Days at Trinity Business School in Dublin.

During the event, they contributed to an interactive workshop focused on how advanced digital skills training can support SMEs in developing and retaining talent.

The discussion highlighted the importance of stronger cooperation between SMEs and training providers, as well as the growing need for digital expertise among organisations operating in the circular economy.

Bringing together both academic and industry perspectives, their participation contributed to the wider discussion on how education and advanced digital skills can better respond to the evolving needs of organisations navigating the digital and circular transition.

🤝 The event also provided a valuable opportunity for knowledge exchange, networking and engagement with organisations working across Europe on digital skills, talent development and innovation.
