Meet Emmanouela Andrigiannaki, Lawyer & Researcher at the Circular Economy Foundation: a Brussels-based non-profit dedicated to accelerating Europe’s transition toward a sustainable and digital ecosystem.

Within the 3D Circular project, Emmanouela and her team lead stakeholder engagement, ensuring that the new educational programs we are building are firmly rooted in real industry needs and aligned with European Circular Economy principles.
But that’s not all, the Circular Economy Foundation is also driving the development of the micro-certifications framework: a structured system to validate and recognise micro-credentials across the program, giving learners real, portable, European-recognised value for their skills.
This week’s consortium meeting was a powerful reminder that the strength of a project lies not just in its ambition but in the depth of the partnerships behind it.
